Club Maintainter: When I'm ever away, I call upon this person...the only one who I will trust with this club's password to watch over the Club for me. This person must be very trustworthy. And it must take time for me to get to know them very well.

Notes Maintainer: Will also be entrusted with the Club's password and will take time for me to get to know them 'very' well. You will answer notes about people joining and affiliation notes as well. Other notes should be left to my jurisdiction. This person should have equivalent enough time on their hands.
